In 30 years of playing sports, fitness training and working out this is the best and most efficient workout I have ever found for strength, overall fitness and body shaping. If you have never done kettlebells you really have to try them with these instructors. Betsy (the owner), Kevin and the others are highly trained, encouraging and motivating and the setting is akin to small group personal training. I do them just twice a week for an hour each and after 4 months the improvement in strength, functionality and body shape is well beyond anything I have ever experienced from years of traditional gym membership. I also don't get bored like I did at the gym. It's a great workout for anyone - female, male, older, younger, fit, not fit, as well as people rehabbing from injuries or trying to prevent new ones. Make an investment in yourself and do it.

Cons: Costs a little more than some traditional gyms, but worth it

In one hour 3-4 times per week....you get your cardio, strength and mobility training all in one workout session. In just a few weeks, I felt so much stronger, wasn't winded walking 4 flights of stairs several times per day. The instructors are excellent and really guide you to get your best workout. You get personal attention while being in a class. This is no cutesy fitness center...you come here to workout in the most efficient manner ever with Kettlebells. You will get stronger, lose fat, tone everywhere and feel really good about yourself for this investment in YOU! Try it...join us, you'll love it! I Do
