I was able to meet these great people and make a decision on a ring that best describes my wife. The ring was made by Phil the goldsmith, and Patrick King and I sat down to come up with a design. Huge selection in stones ,minerals, and precious metal. I chose Jewelsmith because of their unique way of thinking outside of the box and boring tradition. I am not boring nor is my wife Jessica . Jewelsmith gave us a piece to remember for the rest of our lives ... Jared will give you nothing but let down ... I LOVE PHIL AND PATRICK AND ALL THAT IS JEWELSMITH

Pros: Best Custom Jewelry Artist

Cons: NOT A SINGLE THING

My fiance and I went to every jewelry store in the triangle (or at least it feels like it) while shopping for his wedding ring. Every store seemed to have the same style rings. Nothing original, nothing unique. My fiance really wanted a ring that would fit his original style and "not something my uncle would wear." Then we went to jewelsmith. WOW! From the second we walked in to the showroom we were impressed. The shop is beautiful. The items were unique, modern and crafted in the back of the shop. The goldsmiths are right on site so if you have a question about the jewlery you can ask the person who designed and hand crafted the individual piece. My fiance had a specific design in mind and we could not find anything similar in the Triangle. We spoke with one of the goldsmiths and they designed and priced the ring for us in a matter of minutes. We worked with Mackenzie. She was so helpful and really took the time to talk with myself and my fiance over the next several weeks. We will be recommending Jewelsmith to all of our friends in the future!

Pros: beautiful original pieces, excellent helpful staff!

Cons: a little expensive but comparable for original handcrafted jewelry

I have shopped at most of the nicer jewelry stores in the area and Jewelsmith is definitely in a league all it's own! I moved here ten years ago from New York City and it even gives the exclusive stores there a run for their money. First and foremost, the jewelry designs are amazing. The quality and selection of the stones they use are the best I've ever seen in one store. If you don't shop here you are really missing the boat- when it comes to fine jewelry.
